When producing FBE anti-corrosion pipes, the steel pipes need to undergo strict surface treatment first. Usually, processes such as shot blasting are used to thoroughly remove impurities such as rust and oil on the surface of the steel pipes, making the surface of the steel pipes reach a certain roughness, which helps to improve the bonding strength between the coating and the steel pipes. Subsequently, the preheated steel pipes enter the epoxy powder spraying chamber. The epoxy powder melts at high temperatures and is evenly coated on the surface of the steel pipes. After curing treatment, a continuous and dense anti-corrosion coating is formed. The entire production process has a high degree of automation, which can accurately control the thickness and quality of the coating and ensure the stability and consistency of the products.
