3PP steel pipe, fully known as three-layer polypropylene anti-corrosion steel pipe, is a kind of pipe widely used in the field of pipeline transportation with excellent performance. Its anti-corrosion structure mainly consists of three layers: the inner epoxy powder, the middle adhesive layer, and the outer polypropylene layer.

 

The inner epoxy powder has a strong adhesion to the surface of the steel pipe, which can effectively prevent the steel pipe from being eroded by corrosive media and provide a good bonding foundation for subsequent coatings. The middle adhesive layer plays a crucial role in connecting the epoxy powder and the outer polypropylene. It has excellent compatibility with both, ensuring the integrity and stability of the anti-corrosion structure. The outer polypropylene has outstanding mechanical properties. Its high strength enables the 3PP steel pipe to withstand various external impacts during transportation and installation, avoiding damage caused by collisions, squeezes, and other factors.
